Helping Women Transition Through Menopause.
As a woman transitioning through menopause, you may find yourself at a crossroads, wanting to start over, redefine yourself, but…
You realize that you need the tools and support to retake control of your personal, physical, and emotional well-being
It’s time to put yourself first.
Many women, once they reach perimenopause, think their lives are essentially over.
Much of this is based on information they received as children from well-meaning, but misinformed adults.
Instead, ancient wisdom points to this as a time of rebirth...a second life.
Proper nutrition helps reduce weight, the risk of disease, increases immune function and energy level, and improves the overall quality of life.
Movement helps control body weight, reduce the risk of inflammatory disease, so you can remain strong and healthy throughout your life.
Sleep impacts our mind, body, and resilience. Good sleepers tend to consume fewer calories, maintain concentration, are more productive, and have better immune function.
Managing stress and anxiety produces a lasting effect on physical and emotional well-being. It also helps reduce the risk of inflammatory disease.
Following the 4 Pillars of Wellness Helps Reduce
and Control Symptoms of Menopause
Oftentimes, a woman struggling with Menopause Symptoms may be filled with self-doubt, spinning out of control, uncertain of what she has accomplished or if the future will allow her to fulfill her desires and dreams.
If left unmanaged, she may even develop inflammatory issues - cardiovascular disease, hypertension, osteopenia/osteoporosis, diabetes, Alzheimer's, and more.
During this transitional period, a woman will often feel deceived by her body and overwhelmed with thoughts that life as she has known it is over.

As a young child, I witnessed the effects of hardening-of-the-arteries in the brain had on my grandmother, who lived with us, and my family, as her caregivers. At the time, not much was known about this disease. However, as the result of many studies over the years, hardening-of-the-arteries in the brain was found to be another form of Alzheimer’s disease.
Throughout those years and beyond, I kept up with these findings. When the time was right and I was no longer a caregiver for various members of my extended family…I became a volunteer in two different capacities for the Alzheimer’s Association.
We now understand that two-thirds of all Alzheimer’s patients are women, much of which is the result of changes to the female body during menopause.
By making healthy lifestyle choices, we may be able to control the progression of such diseases as Alzheimer’s; cardiovascular; coronary heart; and maintain such menopause symptoms as hot flashes, weight gain, night sweats, and brain fog.
