"It’s My Turn Campaign" Presented by Roberta M.
What exactly do I mean by the term, “It’s My Turn Campaign?" If, like me, you are at a crossroads in your life...starting over...redefining yourself, I’d like you to stand up and be counted. Whatever your reason may be, you deserve to be Noticed! Counted! Heard!
Recently divorced after 40+ years of marriage. Financially stretched. Overwhelmed. Stressed out. Scared. Nervous. I cannot allow any of this to define me. My eldest son reminds me, “You used to be a strong person! What happened to you?” That phrase sticks in my mind. As a result, I silently tell myself that I am not my circumstances several times a day. In fact, I am becoming that strong person once more! I now define myself as:
In fact, I want to show those who have had confidence in me to move forward that their love and support have indeed helped me!
It Is My Turn, but it can be your turn as well! Join me in this little crusade. Have a voice no matter what your reason may be.
Find your value. You have that right. Post your reasons on my Facebook page. Join me! Join us!! Have a voice!! Count!!!

Whether you are trying to remain healthy or reclaim your health, following the 4 Pillars OF WELLNESS will provide the necessary foundation:
1. SLEEP-Important for the maintenance of our overall wellness, sleep impacts our mind, body, and resilience. Good sleepers tend to consume fewer calories, maintain concentration, are more productive, and have better immune function.
2. NUTRITION-Proper nutrition helps reduce weight, the risk of disease, increases immune function and energy level, and improves the overall quality of life.
Obtaining an adequate amount of macronutrients, vitamins and minerals, is not always possible, even when following a well-rounded nutritious diet. SUPPLEMENTS can help ensure that your body is getting all the necessary nutrients to function optimally.
3. PHYSICAL ACTIVITY-Movement helps control body weight, reduce the risk of inflammatory disease, and you remain strong and healthy throughout your life.
4. STRESS AND ANXIETY MAINTENANCE-Managing stress and anxiety produces a lasting effect on physical and emotional wellbeing. It also helps reduce the risk of inflammatory disease.
